Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced People Partner / HR Business Partner to join us part-time (2 or 3 days a week). This role will lead complex HR operations, support global teams, and ensure compliance with international employment law.

Key Responsibilities of a People Partner / HR Business Partner

  • International Employment Law: Ensure compliance with employment laws across multiple countries and provide guidance on contracts and workplace regulations.
  • HR Policy Development: Develop and update HR policies to reflect best practices and local regulations.
  • Benefit Management: Lead the development of competitive benefits packages and benchmark them for market competitiveness.
  • Employee Relations: Manage escalations and provide expert advice on performance management and grievances.
  • Global Mobility: Oversee international assignments and collaborate with external providers to manage compliance.

About You as a People Partner / HR Business Partner

  • Proven experience in a People Partner or HR Business Partner role.
  • Strong knowledge of international employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience in policy development and employee benefits management.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach.
