As a Technical Support Representative, you will provide hands-on technical troubleshooting, feature explanations, and best practice guidance. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional support to customers, partners, and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do as a Technical Support Representative

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Respond to inquiries and alerts promptly, adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
  • Stay updated on evolving technologies and participate in training sessions.
  • Share knowledge with the team and assist in training new members.
  • Gain a deep understanding of client products and services.

Requirements of a Technical Support Representative

  • 3+ years of technical support experience, primarily via email and chat.
  • General knowledge of web-based and mobile apps, SQL, and SaaS products.
  • Familiarity with log-monitoring software like Datadog.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
  • Passion for client satisfaction and creative problem-solving.
  • Excellent conflict resolution skills and a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
  • Native or near-native proficiency in written and spoken English.
